An exemplary apparatus is configured to monitor characteristics associated with user accounts, identify characteristics for further analysis that affect a value of the user accounts, detect an occurrence of a triggering event based at least partially on the analysis of the characteristics, where the triggering event is defined by one or more rules, initiate a first action in response to detecting the occurrence of the triggering event, wherein the first action comprises sending the user a notification that indicates the occurrence of the triggering event or processing at least one transaction associated with a user account, receive a request to reverse the at least one transaction processed, and reverse the at least one transaction processed in response to receiving the request.

The method further includes using the receiver to receive an electronic selection of a limitation of the distance from the pre-determined business location. The limitation may limit the retrieval of customer spend information to a radius corresponding to the limitation.
