Abstract: Kits and methods for use in intraoperative trialling of hip prostheses to determine an appropriate length for the femoral neck component of a prosthetic hip joint, are described. A kit for use in selecting a femoral neck component of an orthopaedic joint prosthesis kit comprises a first and a second broach. Each of the first and second broaches has a neck connection element comprising a projection extending from a proximal surface of the broach, each projection having a length. The projection on the first broach has a different length than the projection on the second broach. The kit also includes a trial femoral neck component having a neck connection element in the form of a recess in a distal surface.

Abstract: Oral care compositions with two or more components with a subtherapeutic anticaries effect, but, in combination, provide a therapeutic anticaries effect. Oral care compositions that are fluoride-free or lower in fluoride content, but have an equivalent or greater anticaries benefit than a composition comprising a therapeutic amount of fluoride ions.

Abstract: An oral care composition is provided and includes an antibacterial agent and abrasive. The antibacterial agent includes a hops extract and optionally an additional antibacterial agent. The hops extract may include less than 1%, by weight of the hops extract, of hops alpha acids and from about 0.01% to about 10%, by weight of the composition, of hops beta acid. The hops beta acid may include only non-hydrogenated hops beta acid. The oral care composition may be an anticavity oral care composition that is free of fluoride and chlorhexidine.

The medicament is an oral care composition that is substantially free of fluoride.

Abstract: The present disclosure also relates to lubrication compositions comprising a long branched ethylene copolymer and methods for making compositions. Compositions of the present disclosure can be a composition including an oil and a ethylene copolymer, the copolymer having one or more of an MWD from about 2.0 to about 6.5; an Mw(LS) from about 30,000 to about 300,000 g/mol; a g?vis of from about 0.5 to about 0.97; an ethylene content of about 40 wt % to less than 80 wt %. The compostion has a shear stability index (30 cycles) of from about 1% to about 60%; and a kinematic viscosity at 100° C. of from about 3 cSt to about 25 cSt. A method of making a composition includes blending an oil with a copolymer is also disclosed. Additionally, provided are novel long chain branched ethylene propylene copolymers and methods to produce such copolymers.
