Abstract: An input device for providing seated user input to a computing device includes a seat portion and a processor and sensor package allowing a user to sit on the seat. The input device further includes several positional sensors that detect changes in pitch, yaw and roll and convert those detected changes to a control signal for operating functions on a computing device and/or providing input to applications running on the computing device.

The landscape engine is functionally coupled to a physics engine configured to physical rules to objects within the virtual reality dataset. A display engine is coupled to the physics engine to convert the dataset into first and second content streams.

Abstract: A collection and identification device includes a ball stop, a slide lock and a pull tab with identification member thereon, each arranged on an elastic binder line to facilitate flexible, quick, and secure collection of items, including identification and potential attachment to a secondary support. Notably, the ball stop, slide lock and pull tab are each unitary molded components, with no internal moving parts. The present device is easily assembled and is low cost to manufacture and assembly. Also, the device can be used in several different ways to collect and secure items, thus providing a flexible system capable of securing and identifying various items based on a user's preferences and desires.

Abstract: A solar concentrator assembly includes a pair of rails coupled together only by one or more backpans which are mounted between the pair of rails. The rails are configured to resist a portion of a cantilever deflection along the length of the rails. The backpans seat solar concentrator arrays and are configured to provide torsional rigidity and deflection resistance in at least one direction orthogonal to the cantilever deflection.

Abstract: A recliner has a chair frame that provides support to a seat and back rest. The frame includes a recliner assembly that includes a bracket that is connected to the backrest enabling reclining movement of the backrest as the bracket moves through a correspondingly shaped bracket slot in a recliner base plate, and where the bracket rotates about an axis that approximates the position of the rotational axis of the hip of a seated user. The reclining chair can also be part of a modular system of components that enable one or more seating units to be in a spanned or ganged configuration.

Abstract: A glider has a chair frame that provides support to a seat and back rest. The frame includes a glider structure that is connected to each side frame member and includes a glider rail and a first and second elongate arcute glider tracks, a first and second wheel assembly, where the glider rail is attached to the backrest and the seat and enables gliding movement of the backrest and seat as the wheel assembly moves through a curved profile in the glider track. The glider chair can also be part of a modular system of components that enable one or more seating units to be in a spanned or ganged configuration.
