  • Patent number: 7264143
Abstract: The apparatus is designed to dispense an aerosol product from a pressurized cylindrical cannister having a depressible nozzle at one end. The dispenser is pistol-shaped, formed of a generally cylindrical body and a downwardly extending handle with a trigger. The body defines an elongated recess adapted to receive and engage the cannister, with the nozzle situated substantially along the axis of the body. The dispenser body has a nose part moveably mounted in the front end. Means are provided for connecting the trigger to move the nose part relative to the body to depress the canister nozzle such that the product is released through an opening in the nose part.

  • Publication number: 20060156551
Abstract: The method for manufacturing the hand-held hair trimmer including forming a metal tubular intermediate member. First and second mirror image hollow semi-cylindrical grip parts are formed of non-slip material. The handle assembly is formed by placing the intermediate member between the grip parts and fixing the grip parts to the member and to each there by adhesive. The blade-carrying housing is inserted into the channel defined by the handle assembly and releaseably connected to the handle assembly in the fully inserted position.

  • Publication number: 20060143926
Abstract: The hair trimmer includes a housing. A moveable blade is mounted on the housing. A handle defines a recess into which at least a part of the housing is slideably received. The handle is moveable relative to the housing between a retracted position and an extended position to extend the reach of the trimmer. A guide is mounted for movement relative to the housing between a retracted position, wherein the teeth of the blade are exposed, and an extended position, wherein the guide extends beyond the teeth of the blade to protect the skin.

  • Publication number: 20060096680
Abstract: The organizer includes a normally planar, flexible internal member that tends to return to a planar state when bent, such that the organizer applies an outwardly directed force on the interior surface of the handbag sidewalls to permit easy access to the retained items and automatically conforming to the shape of the handbag interior, making the organizer suitable for use with a large number of different size and shape handbags. No structure for attaching the organizer to the handbag sidewalls is required. Further, the organizer is provided with a built-in light source with an actuation switch.

  • Patent number: 6527434
Abstract: A timekeeping device comprising a housing; timekeeping functionality positioned within the housing and a clip assembly integrally coupled to the housing, wherein the clip assembly comprises a first member and a second member hingedly coupled to the first member at a hinge point, whereby pressure against the second member causes the second member to rotate relative to the first member about the hinge point to permit coupling of the timekeeping device to an object of interest. In a particular configuration, the second member is releasably engageable with the first member. Additionally, the housing may include a receptacle for receiving a casing within which the timekeeping functionality that maintains the timekeeping functions is disposed. Preferably, the housing and at least the first member are formed from a unitary mold, and preferably from plastic. The object of interest, for example, may be a backpack, beltloop or bicycle.
