Patent number: 10279628Abstract: A combination tire and mounting plate are described. The tire portion of the combination is a molded, one-piece, non-pneumatic tire, preferably made by rotational molding. The mounting plate portion of the combination has a central aperture therein and is configured to be coupled to a conventional hub. The combination further includes a fastener dimensioned to attach the mounting plate to the tire so that the central aperture of the mounting plate is coaxial with the central aperture of the tire. Patent number: 9115883Abstract: A lamp that houses an illumination source such as, for example, a number of light emitting diodes (LEDs), is selectively adjustable to vary the length of the lamp to accommodate a number of installation types and configurations. The single lamp housing design meets all the required lamp standards and can be used interchangeably within fixtures requiring differed lamp lengths. The lamp includes a base that is configured to be coupled to a power source of a lamp fixture. The lamp has a neck coupled to the base and a housing arrangement this is movable relative to the neck that can move between an extended and retracted position via a guide arrangement.Type: GrantFiled: July 2, 2013Date of Patent: August 25, 2015Assignee: C-M Glo, LLCInventors: John D. Patent number: 9107269Abstract: An emergency lighting device includes a backup power supply for illuminating a light during a power loss. The lighting device includes a transmitter, which transmits a signal to a receiver during a power outage. When the receiver receives the signal, the source of power switches from the primary power source, e.g., AC utility power, to a backup power source, e.g., DC battery power. The lighting device may include an LED lamp in which AC-LEDs are selectively illuminated when primary power source is delivered and DC-LEDs which are selectively illuminated during a power outage.Type: GrantFiled: March 8, 2013Date of Patent: August 11, 2015Assignee: C-M Glo, LLCInventors: John Douglas Martin, Aaron W. Publication number: 20140268697Abstract: A lighting device includes two different types of light emitting elements and two different types of power sources for selective illumination. In particular, the lighting device has AC-LEDs and DC-LEDs that are illuminated by an AC power source and a DC power source, respectively, without the need for current conversion. The AC-LEDs and DC-LEDs may be disposed within a LED lamp which is installable in any preexisting light fixture.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 14, 2013Publication date: September 18, 2014Applicant: C-M Glo, LLCInventors: Aaron W. Patent number: 8479424Abstract: A sign for the displaying of a number of characters in either a first orientation or at least one additional orientation. The sign includes a frame and a series of characters, including at least one variable position character, mounted to the frame. The variable position character is movable relative to the frame such that it may be read in different positions, to display a message when the variable position character is either in a first orientation or a second orientation. The variable position character may be interconnected with the frame via a pivoting mechanism for adjusting the orientation of the variable position character. The pivoting mechanism may include a latching mechanism that secures the variable position character in a selected orientation. The characters may each include a source of illumination, such as LEDs, that are interconnected with a power supply for selectively illuminating the LEDs.Type: GrantFiled: May 3, 2010Date of Patent: July 9, 2013Assignee: C-M GLO, Inc.Inventors: John D. Patent number: 8449142Abstract: A lighted sign or lighting fixture includes a housing that contains a series of LEDs. The housing has a pair of side walls and a series of spaced apart reinforcing members that extend between and interconnect the side walls. The reinforcing members may be formed integrally with the side walls, or may be in the form of separate members that are securely attached to the side walls. An LED mounting structure, such as a PCB, may be attached to the reinforcing members, or alternatively a separate bottom wall may be secured to the reinforcing members.Type: GrantFiled: October 14, 2010Date of Patent: May 28, 2013Assignee: C-M Glo, LLCInventors: John D. Publication number: 20110120571Abstract: A tap handle includes a chamber that can be filled with liquid, which may be colored to represent a beverage associated with the tap handle. The material of the handle may be transparent or semi-transparent, allowing a consumer to readily identify a characteristic of the beverage, such as whether it is a dark or light beer. The body of the handle may be formed in the shape of a bottle, a glass, or any other ornamental design. The body of the handle may also include an insert in the lower portion for connecting the handle onto the tap. Alternately, the body may be secured to a fitting that, in turn, connects to the tap. The chamber may also include particles that float to top of the liquid, such that the liquid inside the chamber resembles beer or any other liquid, such as soda, that can be dispensed via a tap.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 23, 2010Publication date: May 26, 2011Inventors: Heather J. Patent number: 7510089Abstract: An article holder has a bottom panel having a rear edge, a forward edge, and a pair of opposed side edges. The holder has a back wall that extends upward near the back edge of the bottom panel and has a lower edge, an upper edge, and a pair of opposed side edges. The back wall diverges from a plane that is substantially perpendicular to the bottom panel moving up and away from the bottom panel. A pair of side walls are spaced apart and opposed relative to one another, with one extending forward from a respective one of the side edges of the back wall and generally upward relative to a respective one of the side edges of the bottom panel. The pair of side walls diverge at least slightly away from one another both moving up away from the bottom panel and moving forward from the back wall. A storage receptacle is defined above the bottom panel, forward of the back wall and between the side walls. The storage receptacle has a width that is greater near the top edges of the side walls than near the bottom panel.Type: GrantFiled: April 1, 2005Date of Patent: March 31, 2009Assignee: Rubbermaid IncorporatedInventors: Timothy D. Publication number: 20090065453Abstract: A sorter has a pair of laterally spaced apart wire supports. A platform is disposed between the pair of wire supports. A plurality of dividers is spaced apart from one another along the wire supports. Each divider extends generally upward and laterally outward from a respective wire support. The sorter can be stacked upon and nested with multiple like sorters.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 12, 2007Publication date: March 12, 2009Inventor: Aaron W. Smith

Publication number: 20090065452Abstract: A document sorting apparatus includes a base having a pair of parallel side rail members with apertures therein, the apertures distributed in a linear fashion along the length of the side rail members and each aperture in one of the side rail members aligned with a corresponding aperture in the opposite side rail member. Veins in the form of wire divider members are pivotally received in each pair of corresponding apertures. Segments of the wire divider members rest on a top surface of the side rail members when the wire divider member is in a rearwardly-inclined or forwardly-inclined position. The side rail members are provided with lateral extensions having ridges that secure the wire divider members in a vertical position by impeding the wire divider member from pivoting to inclined positions. The impedence of the ridges may be overcome with a deliberate application of force to the wire divider member.Type: ApplicationFiled: September 12, 2007Publication date: March 12, 2009Applicant: SANFORD, L.P.Inventor: Aaron W.
