    Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for generating a uniform resource identifier (“URI”) based on information relating to a transaction between two or more parties, and verifying the authenticity of the information embedded in the URI before generating a user interface to be displayed to one of the parties to the transaction. For example, the URI may include information relating to the terms of the transaction to which the parties have agreed. A system associated with a facilitator of the transaction may verify the authenticity of the terms embedded in the URI before dynamically generating a user interface that enables the transaction to proceed.
