Abstract: A thighs protector is described. The thighs protector comprises an elongated adhesive skin dressing having a first side including an adhesive pattern and a second side including hydrophobic, friction free material. The elongated adhesive skin dressing is configured to cover at least a section of an inner thigh of a human. The elongated adhesive skin dressing has an outer edge which follows an outer extent of a sartorius muscle of the inner thigh and tapers from a first width near a top of the inner thigh to a second width at an inside of a knee. The first width is larger than the second width.
