The device processes the recording data to identify one or more characteristics of an individual that described the transaction in the recording. The device determines, based on the one or more characteristics of the individual, whether the individual that described the transaction in the recording is the user associated with the account. The device causes the recording data to be stored in association with transaction data that identifies a list of transactions that are associated with the account of the user, wherein causing the recording data to be stored in association with the transaction data allows the recording to be made accessible to the user via an interface of an application used to manage the account.

In some approaches, the transaction card may include a body, the identification chip coupled to the body, and the tear element disposed between the identification chip and the body. The tear element is operable to decouple the identification chip from the body when the tear element is pulled or otherwise moved away from the body.

Abstract: Described herein is a method, system, and non-transitory computer readable medium for monitoring transaction data for a user in a proactive and reactive mode for a detecting of a booking of a flight by the user in the transaction data, parsing flight detail parameters of the booking, and inputting parameters into a prediction model, such that if the likelihood of the flight being oversold exceeds a certain threshold, the user may be notified that the flight may be oversold.

Abstract: Methods and systems are disclosed for allowing an electronic purchase upon completion of an exercise goal and/or a physical activity goal. Exercise and/or physical activity goal criteria can be retrieved for a user. Electronic charge approval criteria can be retrieved for the user, the electronic charge approval criteria based on the exercise and/or physical activity goal criteria. It can be determined whether the exercise and/or physical activity goal criteria has been fulfilled using an electronic measurement system, the electronic measurement system measuring motion data and/or heart rate data for the user. A requested electronic charge can be authorized upon a determination that the electronic charge approval criteria for the user has been fulfilled.

Abstract: A device receives image data associated with an environment of an individual and identifies verifiable content by processing the image data. The device processes the verifiable content to determine a likelihood that the individual is an employee or agent of an organization and to determine a set of likelihoods of the environment being a work environment. The device determines, based on the likelihood and the set of likelihoods, a number of verifiable hours worked by the individual during a given time period. The device identifies wages data that specifies a number of hours worked that has been credited to the individual for the given time period, determines that an amount of wages paid to the individual is an incorrect amount of wages, and provides an alert to another device that indicates that the amount of wages paid to the individual is the incorrect amount of wages.

Abstract: Computerized methods and systems for electronic voting are disclosed. Electronic voter registration information from a voting jurisdiction can be received. The electronic voter registration information can be matched to verified identity information for customers of the financial institution. Information indicating that the one or more customers are registered to vote at a polling location associated with the financial institution can be stored. Based on the stored information, the customers can be enabled to submit votes for the elections using computing devices associated with the financial institution.

Abstract: According to one aspect of the present disclosure, a method for improved reliability in a bank computer network can include: identifying an ATM proximate to a user device; determining whether the user device is communicably coupled to a server device over a secure link, the server device hosted by a financial institution and capable processing ATM transactions; establishing a secure link with the server device in response to determining the user device is not communicably coupled with the server device; prompting a user for permission to tether with the ATM in response to determining the user device is communicably coupled with the server device or determining the secure link has been established; receiving an indication of a response to the prompt for permission to tether with ATM; and establishing a P2P connection between the ATM and the user device.

The computing system pings the plurality of ATMs proximate the location of the client device to identify attributes associated with each respective ATM. The computing system receives the attributes from the plurality of ATMs proximate the location of the client device. The computing system compares the attributes from each respective ATM to historical ATM usage statistics associated with the client device. The computing system routes a user of the client device to a target ATM from the plurality of ATMs based at least partially on the historical ATM usage statistics.

Abstract: A method for improved security at automated teller machines (ATMs) comprising: capturing, by a first camera at an ATM, one or more images of a bank card; reading card information from the bank card by processing the one or more images of the bank card, wherein the card information comprises an account number and an expiration date; receiving, from an input device at the ATM, a personal identification number (PIN) entered by a user; sending a request to a server device to verify the card information and the PIN; and in response receiving a response from the server device, allowing the user to transact with the ATM.

Abstract: A system receives an image including a live facial image of the user and an identity document including a photograph of the user. Moreover, the system calculates a facial match score by comparing facial features in the live facial image to facial features in the photograph. The system recognizes data objects and characters in the identity document using optical character recognition (OCR) and computer vision, and then identifies, based on the recognized data objects and characters, a type of the identity document. Further, the system calculates a document validity score by comparing the recognized characters and data objects to character strings and data objects known to be present in the identified type of the identity document. Additionally, the system determines and outputs the user's identity verification status based on comparing the facial match score to a facial match threshold and comparing the document validity score to a document validity threshold.

Abstract: Various embodiments are generally directed to techniques to detect suspicious activity associated with ATMs and cause dispense of money with known and/or stored serial numbers. Embodiments include techniques to perform a computing analysis utilizing the transaction information to determine whether the transaction is suspicious or not suspicious, for example. The computing analysis comprising at least one of applying one or more factors to the transaction information and applying a model to the transaction information. Embodiments also include an ATM communicating with one or more other systems, such as transaction information with a transaction services system and alerts with an emergency services system.

The computing system associates a life event to each cluster of the one or more clusters. The computing system interfaces with a client device associated with the user to confirm an associated life event. Upon receiving a confirmation from the user regarding the associated life event, the computing system generates a ledger. The ledger includes the life event and the one or more transactions associated therewith.
