  • Patent number: 10099531
Abstract: The invention relates to an air conditioning device comprising a refrigerant circuit and a coolant circuit. The refrigerant circuit comprises at least a compressor, an internal heat exchanger, an external heat exchanger and an evaporator The coolant circuit comprises at least a first heat exchanger associated with a first component, a second heat exchanger associated with a second component and a radiator. A fluid/fluid heat exchanger is installed in the refrigerant circuit and in the coolant circuit, with the coolant circuit comprising a first loop and a second loop which are interconnected by an interconnection device. The first loop comprises the fluid/fluid heat exchanger, the first heat exchanger associated with the first component and a means for heating the coolant with the means interposed between the interconnection device and the fluid/fluid heat exchanger, the second loop comprising the second heat exchanger associated with the second component and the radiator.

  • Patent number: 8935936
Abstract: The invention relates to a heat exchange device including at least two tubes (12) for circulating a heat transfer fluid arranged in at least two rows (R1, R2) offset two-by-two from one row to the other. A heat exchange fin (20) and a heat storage tank (22) made from a heat storage material extend transversely to the rows of the tubes (R1, R2) forming a group of tanks and tubes (24) in each instance, wherein a single heat storage tank (22) is in contact with one tube (12) of each row of tubes (R1, R2). The contact with the tubes (12) takes place alternately on two opposing walls (26, 28) of the heat storage tank (22), and the walls (26, 28) are also in contact with fins (20). The invention can be used for the air-conditioning evaporators of automobiles.

  • Publication number: 20090314023
Abstract: The invention relates to a heating, ventilating and/or air conditioning system with a main air conditioning loop (10) for a refrigerant including at least one compressor (11), a condenser (12), an expansion device (13) and an evaporator (14), a cold storage heat exchanger (21) suitable for storing cold during operation of the compressor (11), and a secondary air-conditioning loop (20a) comprising the cold storage heat exchanger (21). The secondary air-conditioning loop (20a) is suitable to cool the evaporator (14) when the compressor (11) is out of operation. The secondary air-conditioning loop (20a) includes a fluid circulation branch disposed in parallel with a main air conditioning loop (10) common section including at least the evaporator (14). The fluid circulation branch contains a cold production element (21) able to cool the refrigerant toward the evaporator. The invention is particularly dedicated to heating, ventilating and/or air conditioning systems in “Stop and Start” cars.
