Abstract: Some aspects of this disclosure provide methods of producing decellularized and recellularized cardiac tissues engineering methods of treating heart disease, including heart aneurysm and myocardial infarction. Cardiac tissue engineering of compositing and constructing of a recellularized coronary-based right heart flap or cardiac flap scaffold with its cellular components are also disclosed.

Abstract: The subject matter described herein is directed to methods of producing decellularized and recellularized human prostate tissues and methods of treating disorders of a prostate, including BPH and prostate cancer, are disclosed. Prostate tissue engineering and the composition and construction of a prostate extracellular matrix (ECM) or a prostate tissue scaffold and interactions with its cellular components are also disclosed.

Abstract: A computer-controlled system designed for multi organ decellularization uses continuous organ perfusion for fast, efficient and reproducible organ scaffold preparation under sterile conditions, allowing organ storage for ready organ regeneration. A single organ version is designed to be used for a single organ recellularization using cell, stem cell and autologous cell of organ receiver solutions for minimal or no immunogenic response, mimicking endogenous organ preparation for patients needing transplantation.

Abstract: A method for obtaining information about the function of the lower urinary tract of a patient is disclosed. The method comprising the steps of: measuring the pressure within the lower urinary tract of the patient; and simultaneously imaging the lower urinary tract and carrying out a dynamic pelvic floor study of the patient with an MRI machine. A system is also disclosed. The system is for use with an MRI machine, for obtaining information as to the function of the lower urinary tract of a patient. The system comprises a urodynamic machine for measuring the pressure within the lower urinary tract of the patient while the lower urinary tract is imaged by the MRI machine.
