Abstract: Machine learning architecture for resource allocation. A system comprising: a processor; a memory coupled to the processor. The memory stores processor-executable instructions that, when executed, configure the processor to: receive a resource allocation query including target data associated with a plurality of feature attributes related to generating a resource allocation prediction; generate the resource allocation prediction based on an allocation model and the target data, the allocation model defined by at least one conditional distribution representation for providing an interim prediction corresponding to one or more feature attributes, and wherein the resource allocation prediction is generated based on a combination of conditional distribution representations respectively correlated with other conditional distribution representations by a hierarchical relation; and transmit a signal representing the resource allocation prediction for display on a user interface.
