    Abstract: The apparatus includes a housing for receiving a plurality of products, and a rod pivotally coupled to the housing. The rod includes at least one opening defined therein for receiving at least one of the products. The apparatus further includes an actuator coupled to the rod and operable to pivot the rod from a receiving position, wherein the product is positioned within the opening, to at least one dispensing position, wherein the product is dispensed from the opening.
