Abstract: A cooking device, system and method are disclosed herein. In one embodiment, the method requires a microwavable cooking sheet to be provided, wherein the microwavable cooking sheet is comprised of a single layer of a primary material that is non-plastic and wherein the primary material has a weight of between 18 pounds per 3000 square feet and 60 pounds per 3000 square feet. The microwavable cooking sheet may be wetted and then wrapped completely around food to be cooked in a microwave. The food is cooked in the microwave with the wet microwavable cooking sheet wrapped around the food, such that a pressure increase of at least 3/16th of an inch of H2O is built-up within the microwavable cooking sheet.
