    Abstract: A rotor for an axial flow, elastic fluid turbine apparatus. The rotor has a rotating shaft having a plurality of circumferentially spaced rotating blades thereon. Each blade has a platform portion having a convex arcuate surface and a concave arcuate surface. The convex arcuate surface has a radius greater than the radius of the concave arcuate surface so that individual rotating blades can be removed without removing the casing.
