  • Publication number: 20240129231
Abstract: A virtual network provider system supports a virtual network including virtual machines that are each assigned to an underlay address of an underlay addressing scheme. The virtual network provider system further includes multiple routing domains each defined to include a different subset of the virtual machines. Each of the routing domains is assigned to a range of overlay addresses of an overlay addressing scheme. For each routing domain, the assigned range of overlay addresses is allocated among the subset of the virtual machines in the routing domain. The system further includes a virtual network host configured to use addresses of the overlay addressing scheme to selectively route messages between endpoints on select pairs of the virtual machines assigned to a same routing domain of the plurality of routing domains.

  • Publication number: 20240089189
Abstract: A system and a method are disclosed for managing information technology (IT) infrastructure. Client devices interact with applications of an enterprise that may be hosted in data centers of the enterprise or as software as a service (SaaS) applications. An IT management system receives session information from client devices. The session information describes interactions of client devices with applications, for example, response time of applications for each interaction. The IT management system analyzes the session information received from various client devices to identify issues with IT infrastructure. The IT management system generates warning messages describing the issues identified and sends them for review, for example, by a system administrator.

  • Publication number: 20230298283
Abstract: A product is traditionally experienced in XR mainly through sight that accounts for about 80% of sensory inputs, thereby impeding an immersive experience of a product. In the present disclosure, an object's form factor guides a user's gestures in carrying out actions on an augmentation. A suitable physical object marker mimics physical touch interaction with a virtual product. Leveraging the sense of touch, the user gains deeper understanding of the virtual product, since the product responds to the user's natural gestures. In accordance with the present disclosure, transform data in the form of a position, an orientation and a scale associated with the physical object and user's hands handling the physical object are recorded to identify an associated gesture. Utilizing gesture to action mapping, the user's action is translated to the virtual product. The augmentation is modified in real time to provide an immersive experience.

  • Publication number: 20230254321
Abstract: Generally discussed herein are devices, systems, and methods for adaptive authorization using a local route as a named location. A method can include defining a local route and a corresponding local route endpoint, associating a compute resource as a destination of the local route endpoint, defining an adaptive authorization policy that limits access to the compute resource to be through the local route endpoint, and enforcing access to the compute resource based on the defined adaptive authorization policy.

  • Patent number: 11582217
Abstract: The disclosed system implements techniques to secure communications for injecting a workload (e.g., a container) into a virtual network hosted by a cloud-based platform. Based on a delegation instruction received from a tenant, a virtual network of the tenant can connect to and execute a workload via a virtual machine that is part of a virtual network that belongs to a resource provider. To secure calls and authorize access to the tenant's virtual network, authentication information provided with a call from the virtual network of the resource provider may need to match authorization information made available via a publication service of the cloud-based platform. Additionally or alternatively, an identifier of a NIC used to make a call may need to correspond to a registered name of the resource provider for the call to be authorized. These checks provide increased security by preventing unauthorized calls to the tenant's virtual network.

  • Patent number: 11436053
Abstract: A network appliance is configured to receive a packet having an address of a custom device as a source address. Policies are accessed that are applicable to a virtual network associated with the custom device. The policies are applied to the packet. A hairpin layer redirects the packet to a destination address contained in the packet. For subsequent packets, application of the policies is bypassed to the subsequent packets. Application of the policies is offloaded to an acceleration device.

  • Patent number: 11139664
Abstract: A battery protector includes analog frontend circuitry coupled to a hibernate mode input terminal that is one of configured to couple to a high voltage connector terminal when the system is connected to an external load or charger to define an active mode and configured to float when the system is disconnected from the external load or charger to define a hibernate mode. The analog frontend circuitry is configured to provide a signal at an output thereof to distinguish, in the absence of an external ground connection, between connected and floating conditions for the hibernate mode input terminal. Digital logic is coupled with the output of the analog frontend circuitry, the digital logic providing a digital signal to control whether the battery protector is operating in the active mode or the hibernate mode based on the signal at the output of the analog frontend circuitry.

  • Patent number: 11030782
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media for generating a virtual try-on digital image utilizing a unified neural network framework. For example, the disclosed systems can utilize a coarse-to-fine warping process to generate a warped version of a product digital image to fit a model digital image. In addition, the disclosed systems can utilize a texture transfer process to generate a corrected segmentation mask indicating portions of a model digital image to replace with a warped product digital image. The disclosed systems can further generate a virtual try-on digital image based on a warped product digital image, a model digital image, and a corrected segmentation mask. In some embodiments, the disclosed systems can train one or more neural networks to generate accurate outputs for various stages of generating a virtual try-on digital image.

  • Patent number: 10673712
Abstract: Techniques for executing commands associated with system stacks using parallel workflows are described herein. A dependency representation based at least in part on a stack description is created. The stack description describes stack resource instance and dependencies between those resource instances. The dependency representation is then analyzed to determine sub-workflows each of which may be executed in parallel. The sub-workflows may be altered based on one or more runtime interdependencies and the stack command may be executed by performing the sub-workflows in a determined order.
