  • Publication number: 20230253124
Abstract: Method for machine-assisted automated continuity of conversation between user and software system by identifying parts of the conversation that should be handled by a human health expert. A user utilizes a software system such as virtual assistants, chatbots, voicebots, etc., for working in a specific medical scenario such as counseling, data intake, education, Tele-Health, etc., and the method determines checkpoints when a human health expert should address the users' questions/queries. The method uses a medical scenario classifier to map the user's input. Medical scenarios are tagged if they should be handled by a health expert. A medical scenario database is built and continually updated by ingesting medical literature, ontologies, knowledgebases, etc. A health expert can restore the conversation between the user and the software system as required.

  • Patent number: 11315251
Abstract: In a method of operation of an artificial intelligence-equipped specimen scanning and analysis unit to digitally scan and analyze pathological specimen slides, a sample slide with a mounted tissue sample is scanned and analyzed according to one or more user-selected algorithms in order to generate a heatmap visually depicting the presence of one or more user-selected sample attributes of the tissue sample. One or more artificial intelligence modules, including a deep learning computation module, is provided and can be trained by the user for future analysis of new samples. One or more regions of interest may be selected from the heatmap to include in the results of the analysis. A focus window may be used to closely inspect any given region of the whole slide image, and a trail map is generated from the movement of the focus window.

  • Patent number: 10754882
Abstract: A method of retrieving information from a health report through a machine assisted interrogation process consists of a personal assistance device, a reporting system, a knowledge-graphing system, and a query-interrogation system. A user utilizes the personal assistance device to submit a query that retrieves information from the reporting system via the query-interrogation system. The knowledge-graphing system, which is generated using artificial intelligence modules, natural language understanding modules, and machine learning modules, is utilized to provide accurate results to the user. An administrative system monitors the validity of a plurality of health reports of the reporting system.
