  • Patent number: 10397749
Abstract: A system for identifying audio signatures from user equipment based on a plurality of transmissions from a plurality of user equipment (UE). Each transmission of the plurality of transmissions comprises an audio signature, a geolocation of the audio signature, and a timestamp of the audio signature. The identification of audio signatures may be used to identify a geolocation of a UE or UEs based on geohashed areas. This identification may be further employed to determine whether the UE is in a location that permits data transmission, and to either transmit data to the UE based on a determination that the UE is in a location that permits data transmission, or not transmitting data the UE is associated with a DO NOT SEND state or if a location type associated with the geohashed area and the timestamp is associated with the DO NOT SEND state.

  • Patent number: 10034029
Abstract: A system for audio object delivery based on audible frequency analysis comprises a network server comprising non-transitory memory storing an application that, in response to execution, the network server: ingests a plurality of audio clip messages that each comprise metadata and an audio clip file. For at least one audio clip message, the network server reduces the audio clip file to a predefined time length, creates a plurality of time bins, determines that a first time bin and a second time bin correspond with a trigger sound frequency, generates a spectral flatness value, determines a frequency band identifier, and appends the generated spectral flatness value and the frequency band identifier to the audio clip message. The network server assigns the appended audio clip message to a voice matrix, identifies user equipment based on the voice matrix, and initiates delivery of an audio object to the identified user equipment.

  • Patent number: 8850016
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for authorizing, managing, and brokering services for and between a plurality of service providers. A provisionable-services clearinghouse maintains in data storage a plurality of records that each identify (i) a respective mobile device, (ii) one or more types of service for which the respective mobile device can be provisioned, and (iii) a respective provider of each of the so-identified types of service for which the respective mobile device is currently provisioned. Subsequent provisioning requests identifying (i) a particular mobile device that itself is identified by a particular record from among the plurality of records, (ii) a first type of service, and (iii) a particular provider, and compared against the records in order to determine whether the requested provisioning can, or should be, authorized and/or recorded. Other information, such as contract terms, geographic limitations, etc., could also be included in the request and/or record.

  • Patent number: 8756119
Abstract: A method for aggregating mobile phone orders for shipping to a recipient comprising analyzing, by a server computer, orders placed via a plurality of ordering systems, wherein the orders may comprises a plurality of ordered items; identifying, by the server computer, recipient addresses with common destinations; unifying, by the server computer, the identified recipient addresses with common destinations; determining, by the server computer, criteria for when to release an order for shipment to a recipient; accumulating, by the server computer, ordered items for the recipient; combining, by the server computer, the accumulated ordered items into a shipment, wherein a shipment comprises at least one container; and releasing, by the server computer, the container for shipment when at least one of the criteria is met.

  • Patent number: 8644983
Abstract: An order fulfillment system is provided. The system comprises logistics substations comprising an entry and exit points. The system also comprises conveyors that adaptively couple the logistics substations in a serialized order fulfillment logistics workflow to convey an order from a selected one of the entry points of one of the logistics substations to a selected plurality of logistics substations where order fulfillment procedures are performed on the order and to a selected one of the exit points of one of the logistics substations. The system also comprises a computer system that receives batches of orders, that analyzes a trend of orders, that analyzes a current inventory, that analyzes a current topology of the serialized fulfillment logistics workflow, and that changes the topology of the serialized fulfillment logistics workflow by commanding the plurality of conveyors to change their coupling of the logistics substations, based on the analysis.

  • Patent number: 8380585
Abstract: A method is provided comprising a first computer uploading a file to a database wherein the file identifies devices associated with an order and serial numbers associated with the devices. The method also comprises a second computer comparing the range of serial numbers in the file to a range of serial numbers identified by the order. When the ranges identified by the file and the order do not correlate, the second computer transmits a message to the first computer indicating the ranges do not correlate. When the ranges identified by the file and the order do correlate, the second computer transmits a message to the first computer indicating the ranges correlate. Based on the first computer receiving the message indicating that the range of serial numbers identified by the file correlates to the range of serial numbers identified by the order, the first computer ships the devices.

  • Patent number: 8332285
Abstract: A system for inventory loss prediction is provided. The system comprises a processor, a memory, and an application stored in the memory that, when executed by the processor, receives a report associating electronic serial numbers of devices with a plurality of instances of inventory loss. The system also creates a list of device characteristics associated with the devices, creates a list of store characteristics associated with retail stores to which the devices were shipped, and determines a first statistical correlation of a device characteristic to inventory loss. The system also determines a second statistical correlation a store characteristic to inventory loss and predicts, based on the first statistical correlation and the second statistical correlation, a probability of inventory loss.

  • Patent number: 8249956
Abstract: A system of inventory variance detection modeling is described. The system comprises a server computer, a processor, a memory, and an application stored in the memory that, when executed by the processor, receives a report associating electronic serial numbers of devices with a plurality of instances of inventory shrinkage. The system also assembles a list of electronic serial numbers of devices associated with instances of a first type of inventory shrinkage. The system also receives a report of the processing history of the devices associated with the electronic serial numbers contained in the list in a plurality of non-logistics and non-warehousing systems. The system also determines the statistical correlation of electronic serial numbers contained in the list with each of a plurality of exceptions processed by at least one of the non-logistics and non-warehousing systems.

  • Patent number: 8028197
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for problem ticket resolution. A resolution component allocates a cause for each problem ticket, assigned by resolution teams to root cause clusters, to systems based on historical records that identify one of multiple historical systems as a cause for each historical problem ticket. If a corresponding number of causes allocated to a system is a predetermined amount greater than a corresponding historical number of causes allocated to the system, the resolution component may output a notification to a user interface to prompt a management action regarding the system, access a report associated with the system and output a notification to the user interface to prompt a management action regarding the system based on the report, or assign a set of problem tickets allocated to the system to a resolution team.
