Abstract: In general, traffic management technologies are described. An example server device includes a communication unit and processing circuitry. The communication unit receives movement data from a first set of vehicles traveling through a traffic zone. The processing circuitry is configured to determine a traffic pattern for the traffic zone based on the received movement data received, to generate movement instructions for the traffic zone based on the determined traffic pattern, and to transmit, via the communication unit, the movement instructions to a second set of vehicles traveling through the traffic zone, the second set of vehicles being different from the first set of vehicles.
