Abstract: An adjustable applicator employed for application of a cosmetic or a care product such as for application of mascara, coloring strands of hair, for dental flossing or for applying pharmaceuticals or cleaning agents is provided. In one embodiment, an adjustable applicator includes an applicator element having a bore, a filament wherein the filament is housed inside the bore of the applicator element and a clasping means wherein the applicator element angularly deforms when a force is applied on the clasping means such that the angular deformation occurs on the radial axis of the applicator element. Also disclosed is a device for packaging and dispensing a substance that includes an adjustable applicator.

Abstract: The present invention generally relates to containers for powder products. The present invention described herein relates to a container capable of generating powder in loose form. The invention further relates to cosmetic containers for powder products that present pressed and loose powder products for usage as per the convenience of user. Further the invention also relates to a scraper for such a container.

The refill container of the present invention is configured to comprise at least two receptacles abutting each other, wherein either all the receptacles contain a similar product or one of the receptacles holds a related product or a tool. Each of the receptacles has a top end, a bottom end and at least one sidewall. The refill container is configured to be mounted in a refillable case wherein the refillable case comprises of a base and a cover. Also disclosed is refillable product container in which are replaced the refill containers once the initial product is finished.

Abstract: The present invention generally is a dispensing device for consumer products which is user-friendly and provides an easy application by the user. The device allows a user to simultaneously actuate while applying. The disclosed device provides for controllable dispensing of the product and is user friendly as it is one-hand operated. There is provided a device that provides an even application on the surface as there is present a shearing assembly inside it. The device of the present invention can be used to dispense a wide variety of consumer products such as cosmetic, cosmeceutical and care products such as nail enamel, foundation, hair treatment or skin care products.

Abstract: A case for consumer products is provided that provides a plurality of products in a single package to facilitate carrying and ready use and at the same time helping the user in choosing the desired kind of product to be used. In one embodiment, the case comprises a cover and a base. The base of the case comprises a frame having at least one section wherein said section holds a tray, wherein said tray has recesses on at least one of its side to accommodate the product on the tray wherein said recess in the tray has at least one compartment to receive the product and there is provided an actuating means that triggers the rotation of the trays so as to reveal the products stored on either side of the tray.

Abstract: A system for two consumer products, such as cosmetic products, pharmaceutical products, personal hygiene products and adhesive products, among others, is provided. The system provides for convenience in holding, storing and applying stick products and uses two different mechanisms independent of each other to control the two stick products.
