Abstract: Embodiments provide methods, and systems for monitoring donation transactions between donors and charity organizations. The method performed by server system includes facilitating category-wise donations to at least one charity account of charity organization from donors. Each category-wise donation is allocated for spending for particular donation category of donation categories. The method includes receiving request from charity organization to spend for first donation category of donation categories from donations earmarked for second donation category, determining set of donors who have donated for second donation category based on donation transaction history of second donation category, and sending authorization request signal to user devices of the set of donors for taking approval for disbursement from second donation category for first donation category.
