  • Publication number: 20250132668
Abstract: A circuit that is capable of generating a negative voltage on a negative voltage supply node. The circuit includes a negative voltage generation circuit, an oscillator and an oscillator control signal generator. The negative voltage generation circuit generates a negative voltage on the negative voltage supply node in response to receiving a signal from the oscillator. The negative voltage generated by the negative voltage generation circuit depends upon the frequency of the signal from the oscillator. The oscillator control signal generator controls the frequency of the signal from the oscillator by sensing the negative voltage present on the negative voltage supply node, and by increasing or decreasing the frequency of the signal from the oscillator accordingly. Thus, charge is replenished to the negative voltage supply node to more closely match the drawing of charge from that negative voltage supply node, thereby more accurately generating the negative voltage.

  • Publication number: 20250132871
Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, components, devices and systems for preemption techniques for low latency devices. Some aspects more specifically relate to preemption techniques to enable transmission of low latency data. In some examples, an access point (AP) may transmit a first physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) using a dedicated resource unit (RU) and a broadcast RU. The broadcast RU may indicate information for a preemption indication, such as a resource unit within the same transmission opportunity (TXOP) for the preemption indication. A wireless station (STA) with pending low latency data may transmit the preemption indication via the RU indicated by the first PPDU. The preemption indication may indicate that a subsequent scheduled PPDU in the TXOP will be preempted for the STA to transmit a PPDU and convey the low latency data.

  • Patent number: 12282809
Abstract: A graphics processing apparatus includes graphics processors connected by a network connection, where the graphics processors pass compressed data. A first graphics processor stores data blocks as compressed data in a memory. The compressed data has data blocks of variable size, where a size of a block of compressed data depends on a compression ratio of the block of compressed data. A second graphics processor also stores data blocks as compressed data. The first graphics processor concatenates a variable number of blocks of compressed data into a packet of fixed size to send to the second graphics processor. The packet has a variable number of blocks of compressed data depending on the compression ratios of the multiple blocks of compressed data.

  • Patent number: 12284166
Abstract: The techniques described herein increase the throughput of a single VPN connection by creating multiple outbound and/or inbound Security Associations (SAs). For instance, two or more different SAs can encrypt outbound data packets to be sent over the VPN connection to a remote device. Moreover, two or more different SAs can decrypt inbound data packets received over the VPN connection from the remote device. Each of the SAs can be bound to a different processing core via the use of a Security Parameter Index (SPI) identifier. Consequently, inbound data packets communicated over a single VPN connection from a remote device to a physical host in a VPN gateway can be distributed amongst multiple processing cores for decryption purposes. Further, outbound data packets to be communicated over the single VPN connection from the physical host to the remote device can be distributed amongst multiple processing cores for encryption purposes.

  • Publication number: 20250125347
Abstract: The Li-ion paradigm of battery technology is fundamentally constrained by the monovalency of the Li-ion. A straightforward solution is to transition to multivalent ion chemistries, with Mg2+ the most obvious candidate due to considerations of size and mass. Despite early interest, the realization of Mg batteries has faced myriad obstacles, including a sparse selection of cathode materials demonstrating the ability to reversibly insert divalent ions. Disclosed herein is evidence of reversible topochemical and electrochemical insertion of Mg2+ into a metastable one-dimensional polymorph of V2O5. Not only does ?-V2O5 represent a rare addition to the pantheon of functional Mg battery cathode materials, but is also distinctive in exhibiting a combination of high stability, high specific capacity due to ion insertion, and moderately high operating voltage.

  • Publication number: 20250124295
Abstract: Various embodiments of the present disclosure provide machine learning training techniques for implementing a multi-phase training process to holistically train a machine learning summarization model. The multi-phase training process may include generating, using the machine learning summarization model, a training summary for a training transcript. A first, second, and/or a third reward metric may be generated based on the training summary. Each reward metric may be tailored to a different aspect of the machine learning summarization model. For example, the first reward may be based on a comparison between the training summary and a target summary corresponding to the training transcript. The second reward may be based on the training summary and a positive/negative summary. The third reward may be based on training key phrases from the training summary. The model may be trained by optimizing an aggregated reward metric derived from the first, second, and/or third reward metrics.
