  • Patent number: 12159128
Abstract: Computing systems, for example, multi-tenant systems deploy software artifacts in data centers created in a cloud platform using a cloud platform infrastructure language that is cloud platform independent. The system receives a declarative specification for creating a datacenter on a cloud platform. The system generates an aggregate pipeline comprising a hierarchy of pipelines. The system generates an aggregate deployment version map associating data center entities of the data center with versions of software artifacts targeted for deployment on the datacenter entities. The system collects a set of software artifacts according to the aggregate deployment version map. The system executes the aggregate pipeline in conjunction with the aggregate deployment version map to create the datacenter in accordance with the cloud platform independent declarative specification.

  • Patent number: 12159139
Abstract: A method includes processing event data to detect a status of a network function. The event data is processed based on two or more conditions defined by a correlation policy. The correlation policy includes a non-deterministic finite automata tree (NFAT) structure correlation policy having a policy type and a logic-gate. The method additionally includes determining the policy type of the NFAT structure correlation policy. The method also includes determining whether a first value of the two or more conditions is indicative of whether a first condition is satisfied. The method further includes determining whether a second value of the two or more conditions is indicative of whether the second condition is satisfied. The method additionally includes determining whether the NFAT structure correlation policy is satisfied based on the first value, the second value, the logic-gate and the policy type.

  • Patent number: 12159443
Abstract: Embodiments described herein include aspects related to previewing and capturing stroke outlines from a real-world image or a video feed. In one embodiment, a stroke outline preview image is generated by performing an edge detection process on an input image. The stroke outline preview image provides a preview indicating an example of a stroke outline image to be provided for the input image if the input image is selected. A detailed stroke outline image for the input image is generated using a detailed stroke outline process, and an alternative stroke outline image is obtained for the input image using an alternative outline process. Thereafter, the alternative stroke outline image is modified by including in the alternative stroke outline image a portion of stroke outlines from the detailed stroke outline image.

  • Patent number: 12160298
Abstract: A method includes receiving CSI frames among P CSI frames transmitted from another electronic device. The method includes estimating a CSI from each of the received CSI frames as an available CSI estimate. The method includes identifying an impairment model accounting for inclusion of amplitude or phase errors of an estimated CSI corresponding to a p-th CSI frame among the P CSI frames. The method includes compensating, via the impairment model, for the errors in amplitude and phase of P CSI estimates. Compensating for the errors in amplitude and phase of the P CSI estimates can be based on: approximating a missing CSI estimate based on the available CSI estimates; determining an AGC gain value; or computing the errors in the phase based on a weighted least-squares solution. The method includes estimating a breathing rate of a subject based on different spatial dimensions of the P compensated CSI estimates.

  • Patent number: 12158346
Abstract: A system and method include server computer which may generate a route service request to service a route with a vehicle and identify a start location for the route and one or more stop locations of the route based on historical data associated at least with one of the route or the vehicle. The server computer may proceed to determine a probability that each of the one or more stop locations for the route will be serviced by the vehicle for the route and automatically select, based on the probability associated with each one of the one or more stop locations for the route, a subset of stop locations among the one or more stop locations. The server computer may then assign the subset of stop locations to the route, and transmit routing navigation instructions to a device associated with the vehicle.

  • Publication number: 20240394277
Abstract: Estimates of amounts of time to transfer data to be replicated based on sizes of expected data transfers resulting from accumulated data since a previous data transfer are monitored. A determination as to whether an estimated amount of time to transfer the data exceeds an interval for replicating the data is made. The interval is determined based on a recovery point objective (RPO) for replicating the data. In response to determining that the estimated amount of time to transfer the data exceeds the interval, a subsequent interval for replicating the data is determined that satisfies the RPO.

  • Publication number: 20240391482
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer system and a computer program product display a projection of driving risk to a vehicle from activity in the surrounding area. The method includes acquiring a vehicle path from the vehicle. The method also includes capturing driving conditions from the surrounding area using a sensor and recognizing an object in the surrounding area that is transmitting relevant data. The method further includes identifying a high-risk object in the surrounding area by calculating a risk score for the object relative to the vehicle based on the vehicle path and intended movements of the object and classifying the object as the high-risk object when the risk score is above a risk threshold for the vehicle. Lastly, the method includes generating an augmented reality display of the surrounding area using an augmented reality device, wherein the augmented reality display of the surrounding area indicates the high-risk object.

  • Publication number: 20240394739
Abstract: A method for analyzing consumer behavior within a retail space can include receiving data associated with consumers in communications signals from local devices located in the retail space, where the local devices receive some of the data in visible light communication (VLC) signals broadcast by electrical devices, where each local device is associated with one of the consumers in the retail space at a point in time, and where the data lacks information that identifies the consumers. The method can also include attributing, by the controller using a multi-stage clustering process, the data to discrete consumers for a period of time that includes each point in time. The method can further include assigning the discrete consumers to at least one of a number of groups defined by one or more characteristics measured from the data, where the discrete consumers within a group share a common characteristic.

  • Publication number: 20240394870
Abstract: The physical characteristics of one or more anatomical structures of a person may change in accordance with conditions surrounding the determination of such physical characteristics. Machine learning based techniques may be used to determine a template representation of the one or more anatomical structures that may indicate the physical characteristics of the one or more anatomical structures free of the impact imposed by changing conditions. The template representation may then be used to predict the physical characteristics of the one or more anatomical structures under a new set of conditions, without subjecting the person to additional medical scans.

  • Publication number: 20240394158
Abstract: Methods and systems are described for provisioning cloud-based database systems and performing decoupled maintenance. For example, conventional systems may rely on database management systems to provision and modify databases hosted by a service provider. However, for entities operating complex database systems with the need for highly customized cloud infrastructure, database management systems fail to provide the granular customization and the control necessary to create and service these systems. In contrast, the described solutions provide an improvement over conventional database management system architecture by providing direct communication between an entity and its cloud-based database systems via command line prompts or API calls, decoupling database system maintenance from database system provisioning process to increase the speed and granular customization of the database system.

  • Publication number: 20240394645
Abstract: Technologies are shown for shipping route selection involving receiving sender and recipient shipping information for an item to be shipped and obtaining shipping route options for the item based on the sender and recipient shipping information. The route options are provided for display and selection of an option. A routing data block is created for the item at an address on a blockchain that stores shipping information for each stage of the selected route. A shipping tag is encoded with the blockchain address and attached to the item. The tag can be scanned to obtain the blockchain address and request information for a next stage of the shipping route from the block. The next shipping information from the block is received and utilized to ship the item to a next geolocation. The next shipping information can be determined based on current conditions, such as weather, pricing and availability.
