  • Patent number: 10540051
Abstract: Techniques to facilitate obtaining feedback for an application associated with an industrial automation environment are disclosed herein. In at least one implementation, a graphical user interface (GUI) is displayed on a display system of a computing system, wherein the GUI includes primary content and a user feedback prompt, and the primary content is displayed on a majority of the display system. Responsive to a user selection of the user feedback prompt, the GUI is expanded to reveal a feedback area on the display system that provides a mechanism to receive user feedback. User input comprising the user feedback is then received. Responsive to receiving the user feedback, the GUI is contracted to conceal the feedback area on the display system.
