  • Publication number: 20250293679
Abstract: A system for prognosis and control of a power module includes a gate driver circuit and a controller circuit. The gate driver circuit drives a target gate node of a target power transistor in response to a pulse width modulation signal, measures a target gate voltage, switches a desaturation signal in response to the target power transistor switching between an off state and an on state, measures a target transistor voltage, and measures a target transistor current. The controller circuit modulates the pulse width modulation signal to increase the target gate voltage, determines a target threshold voltage as the target gate voltage in response to the desaturation signal switching states, determines a target on-resistance based on the target transistor voltage and the target transistor current, and controls the target power transistor based on the target threshold voltage and the target on-resistance.

  • Publication number: 20240196344
Abstract: Devices with radiating antennas are subject to various regulations designed to limit the absorption of radiofrequency energy in a human body part in close proximity to a radiating antenna. Various conventional strategies are available for management of transmissions to comply with these regulations; however, each of these conventional strategies has drawbacks, such as a negative effect on the wireless link. Various strategies are disclosed herein to comply with the requisite regulations while maintaining the wireless link. In addition, strategies are presented to select wireless link rates, taking into account limitations that may be in place to satisfy the necessary regulations.

  • Patent number: 8703686
Abstract: It has been found that transparency and water-white appearance of soap bars is improved by adding a fluorescer at selective levels. Disclosed is a transparent soap bar comprising: (i) 20 to 78 wt % total fatty matter; and (ii) 0.003 to 0.5 wt % fluorescer, wherein (i) CIELAB b* value of said bar at 0° viewing and 75° illumination is less than 0; and (ii) color of said bar expressed as Y+5R on LOVIBOND® scale is 0 to 3 and wherein the soap bar includes 0.05 to 10 wt % C2 to C3 alcohol. Also disclosed is a process for making transparent soap bar comprising the steps of: (i) saponification of oils or fatty acids in presence of polyols to get a molten mass, where after complete neutralization, the free alkali content measured as sodium hydroxide is not greater than 0.1%; and (ii) molding said molten mass to get the bar, wherein 0.003 to 0.5 parts fluorescer and 0.05 to 10 parts C2 to C3 alcohol is mixed with said molten mass.
