The water fill opening, through which a mixing cavity of the feeding bottle can be filled with water while the opened cup is held by the cup holder and the teat is mounted on the cup holder, is provided in the cup holder and/or in the mounting ring and/or in the teat. The cup and the teat at least partially define the mixing cavity.

The lid is formed integrally from plastic by means of injection moulding, the hinge between the first covering part and the second covering part being moulded as a integral component of the lid and also being leaktight with respect to the substance for which the packaging is intented.
