    Abstract: A replaceable quick release modular unit for a transport device. The transport device comprising an anchor plate fastened to the transport device. A housing having a fastening mechanism adapted to releasably connect to the anchor plate is provided. The housing further includes an illumination source, an audio source and an electronic control unit (ECU) electrically connected to control the illumination source and the audio source. A wireless communication transceiver may be provided and adapted to send and receive wireless signals from a remote device that communicates with the ECU to control the operation of the illumination and audio sources.
