Abstract: An improved molded handle grip and shoulder support for baggage, containers and the like. In a preferred embodiment, the device comprises a flexible strap around which a soft, flexible sleeve is molded. The sleeve includes an exterior surface defined by a pair of end walls from which the strap exits the sleeve. The exterior surface of the sleeve has openings which run from the top of the exterior surface of the sleeve down to the strap to which the sleeve is molded, making a portion of the exposed surface of the strap visible through the openings. The soft, flexible nature of the sleeve and recesses allow the device to accommodate the fingers of a user. In addition, the recesses may form letters, numbers and other shapes such that the handle grip may be customized, more visually appealing and used to identify the baggage to which it is attached.
