  • Publication number: 20190392095
Abstract: Systems and methods may support inter-artifact generation for interfaces of a modeled system. In some implementations, a system may include an inter-artifact model repository that stores system model data of a model system as well as an artifact extraction engine configured to extract system model data from a system artifact that represents the modeled system and store the extracted system model data in the inter-artifact model repository. The system may further include an artifact generation engine configured to generate a different system artifact that represents the modeled system using at least some of the extracted system model data extracted from the system artifact.

  • Publication number: 20190327193
Abstract: An interfacing unit provided according to an aspect of the present disclosure facilitates an user to be serviced based on multiple chat servers in a single chat session. In an embodiment, the interfacing unit receives a request on a chat session for a chat conversation from a user, identifies a first suitable chat server for generating responses for the chat conversation, and forwards a first sequence of inputs received from the end user to the first suitable chat server. The corresponding responses are forwarded back to the end user. The interfacing unit then forwards a received second sequence of inputs to a second chat server to generate a second sequence of messages corresponding to the second sequence of inputs. The interfacing unit forwards the second sequence of messages as respective responses to the second sequence of inputs.

  • Publication number: 20190320324
Abstract: Systems and methods may use a math programming model for designing an edge cloud network. The edge cloud network design may depend on various factors, including the number of edge cloud nodes, edge cloud node location, or traffic coverage, among other things.

  • Publication number: 20170032057
Abstract: A system and method is provided that facilitates collaborative development of virtual mechanical routing. A processor of the system responsive to inputs provided through at least one input device may generate a design for a routing run comprised of a set of elements and cause a distributed routing path corresponding to the routing run to be stored in a data store. The distributed routing path may be comprised of data that specifies two end elements and a plurality of routing path links that specify connections between a plurality of intermediate elements and between each end element and a respective one of the intermediate elements. The processor may also cause a display device to output a 3D representation of the routing run based at least in part on the distributed routing path stored in the data store, and data representative of the physical structures of the end elements and the intermediate elements that are specified by the routing path links of the distributed routing path.

  • Patent number: 9124695
Abstract: An interactive voice response system is provided that includes a voice response platform that receives incoming calls and provide an interactive voice response service to a calling party. A mobile application executes on a processor that issues a call to the voice response platform. The voice response platform determines whether or not the calling party is a mobile device. If the calling party is a mobile device, the voice response platform sends a translation of a voice menu back to the mobile device to be displayed as a visual (GUI) representation of a voice menu on the mobile device. The visual representation could also be stored on the mobile device to avoid the translation from the voice menu.

  • Publication number: 20150160938
Abstract: A system for deploying rules engine code to an application server is provided that includes an integrated development environment (IDE) system that receives a compiled rules engine code so as to deploy updates to the application server. A deployment tool is integrated within the IDE that directly deploys the creation of a project file and subsequent loading of the project file into the application server.

  • Patent number: 8897795
Abstract: A method and apparatus for providing planning of a plurality of mobile switching centers in a wireless network are disclosed. For example, the method obtains input data, and determines a limit for at least one mobile switching center parameter in accordance with the input data. The method determines if the limit for the at least one mobile switching center parameter is exceeded and determines an optimal output for an objective function, wherein the objective function is based on a plurality of penalty factors, if the limit for the at least one mobile switching center parameter is exceeded.
