Abstract: A method to control an ultrasonic flowmeter, the ultrasonic flowmeter including a pipe segment; a first pair of transducers defining a first ultrasonic path; and a second pair of transducers defining a second ultrasonic path is provided. The method includes: a) transmitting a first code along the first ultrasonic path; b) simultaneously transmitting a second code along the second ultrasonic path, wherein the first and second code are non-correlated; c) receiving a first ultrasonic signal by the first pair of transducers; d) receiving a second ultrasonic signal by the second pair of transducers; e) correlating the transmitted first code with the first ultrasonic signal; and f) correlating the transmitted second code with the second ultrasonic signal.

Abstract: A device for dispensing drapery pins including a casing for accommodating a stack of pins in side-by-side relationship and an elongated shroud having a pin receiver for accommodating a single pin pivotally connected at one end to the casing with its free end having a guide plate cooperating with a slot in the casing for maintaining the receiver in proper alignment. The pins are mounted on a rack removably inserted in the housing with a spring-biased plunger urging the leading pin of the stack onto the receiver. Pressing down of the shroud moves the point of the pin on the receiver out of the casing for ready insertion into a drapery.

Abstract: A cord locking device for blinds or the like having a housing adapted to be secured above a window frame or the like and a wheel rotatable mounted in the housing for receiving thereover a pair of cords connected to the blinds. The device includes clamping means which moves into clamping engagement with the cords thereby clamping the cords in a locked position. The device also includes built-in guide means for guiding the cords into locking position.
