In one embodiment, the device is comprised of a base having at least one hand grip coupled to at least one guiding path rail to provide the desired movement of the hand and arm to target the shoulder for the desired activity such as warming up, flexibility, strengthening, and/or recovery. In another embodiment, the guiding path rail is comprised of tubing in a vertical semi-circle shape.
