Abstract: Provided is an apparatus including: a report acquisition unit configured to acquire a report of an abnormality having occurred in a facility; a work plan output unit configured to output a work plan for dealing with an abnormality indicated as abnormality information in the report; an evaluation acquisition unit configured to acquire an evaluation of work according to the work plan output from the work plan output unit; and an update unit configured to update output content of the work plan by the work plan output unit by using the evaluation acquired by the evaluation acquisition unit.

Abstract: Provided is an apparatus, including: a database connection unit connected to a database for storing a plurality of groups respectively including abnormality information about an abnormality occurred in a facility and an actual work performance for addressing the abnormality; a report acquirement unit for acquiring a report of an abnormality occurred in the facility; a working plan acquirement unit for acquiring a working plan for addressing an abnormality occurred in the facility; a similarity calculation unit for calculating a similarity between abnormality information in the report and abnormality information; a selection unit for selecting at least one group from the plurality of groups based on a similarity calculated by the similarity calculation unit; a difference detection unit for detecting a difference between the working plan and the actual work performance of the at least one group; and a display processing unit for conducting display processing for displaying the difference.
