Abstract: Disclosed is a hanger panel which assists in hanging a variety of articles, such as a tablet PC, a smart phone, a cup holder, a pencil holder, etc., to a table, a desk, a wall, or the like, and a hanger device using the same. The hanger device includes a hanger panel provided with a plurality of hanging grooves, stands spaced apart from each other in parallel by a predetermined distance to support the hanger panel, and a slide fixing member movably fixed to the stand to fix the hanger panel to the stand.
