  • Patent number: 11506252
Abstract: An adjustable damping valve device includes a coil carrier with a coil which is wound on an inner sleeve and which has two wire ends which protrude over a winding body. A back iron having a passage for a power supply line of the coil is placed on the coil carrier. The wire ends of the coil are co-located adjacent to one another in an outlet area of the coil carrier, and the back iron has a radial slot which extends from the outer edge of the back iron to the passage and has a width which corresponds at least to the width of the outlet area.

  • Publication number: 20190136937
Abstract: A damping valve device having at least one damping valve which is adjustable via an actuator. The actuator has a coil and a back iron which is separate from a valve housing for a magnetic flux circuit. The back iron is fixed in radial direction inside the valve housing so as to be free of play.

  • Patent number: 10208827
Abstract: An adjustable damping valve device with a damping valve has an elastic element, applies an axial relative force between two elements which are constructed so as to be axially movable relative to the valve housing, or the elastic element applies a relative force between an element of the damping valve, which element is constructed so as to be axially movable relative to the valve housing, and the valve housing, or the elastic element applies a relative force between an element of the damping valve, which element is constructed so as to be axially movable relative to the valve housing, and an element which is constructed so as not to be displaceable relative to the valve housing, so that one of the axially movable elements releases a flow passage for the flow of damping medium through the damping valve at least in a neutral state of the damping valve device.

  • Publication number: 20190043647
Abstract: A feed line is connected to a coil base body, wherein a pull protection is formed between the feed line and the coil base body. The coil base body has a sleeve for receiving one end of the feed line. The sleeve is part of a retaining connection between the feed line and the coil base body.

  • Patent number: 9222591
Abstract: An adjustable damping valve has a valve housing in which is arranged a coil housing and an annular back-iron member which are connected in a magnetically conducting manner to a valve armature. The back-iron member radially penetrates the coil housing via a plurality of windows and has flattened portions at the edge. The at least one window in the coil housing has a width corresponding at least to the width of the back-iron member in at least one assembly position so that the back-iron member can be inserted radially into the coil housing via the at least one window.

  • Publication number: 20140090733
Abstract: An adjustable damping valve arrangement includes an actuator for controlling a main stage valve. The main stage valve has a rigid main stage valve body which carries out an axial operating movement relative to a valve seat surface of the main stage valve. A pre-opening valve having at least one spring element which in turn preloads a pre-opening valve body precedes the main stage valve body. The main stage valve body is supported on the valve seat surface in the closed operating position by the pre-opening valve. The pre-opening valve is divided by the valve seat surface into an inner pressure-impinged incident flow surface and an outer pressure-impinged incident flow surface. The inner pressure-impinged surface is operative for a first incident flow direction, and the outer pressure-impinged surface is operative for a second incident flow direction.
