    Abstract: The present invention concerns a method for localized grafting of an organic film in a selected area of an electrically conducting or semiconducting substrate, in the presence of a liquid solution containing at least one organic adhesion primer and at least one radically polymerizable monomer, different from the organic adhesion primer, by applying an electric potential to the substrate in the presence of a polarized microelectrode. The present invention also concerns an insulating organic film grafted on a conducting or semiconducting substrate, capable of being prepared using said method.
