    Abstract: A device may generate, based at least on time series data of a quantity of one or more markers present in a blood sample of a subject, a dynamical system model representative of an immune system of the subject, the dynamical system model including one or more functions corresponding to a derivative of the time series data, and the generating of the dynamical system model includes performing a regression to identify, within a library of candidate functions, one or more functions for inclusion in the dynamical system model. A device may determine a steady state solution for the one or more functions included in the dynamical system model. A device may determine, based at least on the steady state solution for the one or more functions included in the dynamical system model, a stability of the immune system of the subject. Related systems and computer program products are also provided.
