The first support member moves along a first direction between a retracted position and an extended position. The second moves along a second direction that is normal to the first direction between a first position and a second position that is further spaced from a distal portion of the first support member. The distal portion of the second support member includes a support surface adapted to provide support for an item when the distal portion of the second support member is in the second position. A support rod has a first end connected to the first support member and a second end connected to the second support member. The support rod is angled relative to a third direction normal to the first and second directions when the distal portion of the second support member is in the second position.
