    Abstract: A method of retrieving product information and ordering products is disclosed. A consumer observes a product in its real world usage context and scans an RFID tag embedded in the product. A mobile terminal is used to transmit the RFID tag to a computer connected to a computer network. The computer transmits product specification information to the mobile terminal. The consumer may also be given the option of purchasing the product in real time.

A list of industries associated with the client(s) is presented to the user. The user is allowed to select an industry from the list of industries. A search for information relating to the client and the selected industry is performed. The dossier is prepared utilizing the information found during the searching.

    Abstract: A system, method and article of manufacture are provided for providing a user interface for a data management application that extracts data from several data sources across an enterprise. First, a user is allowed to input a search query. Data items found during a search based on the query are received and displayed in nodes arranged in a tree format. A portion of the data items are hyper linked to detailed views of the data items. A detailed view of one of the hyper linked data items is displayed upon selection of the one of the hyper linked data items by the user. The selected hyper linked data items are added to a history list.
