  • Publication number: 20240381849
Abstract: A coop system, methods and services related thereto are provided. In particular, the coop system and features related thereto prevents predators from entering a coop, simplifies maintenance of the coop, and enables a poultry keeper to order services for overseeing chickens and cleaning coop environments. The coops described herein are automated, eliminate the use of wood in its construction, comprise pest-resistant materials and improve ventilation mechanisms. The coops further include cameras with smart predator detections and event recording capabilities. A mobile application is also provided which allows a poultry keeper to remotely access the coop's smart technology, thereby allowing the poultry keeper to better monitor, maintain, and safekeep coops.

  • Publication number: 20210225102
Abstract: The invention concerns a lockout/tagout system having a lockout device (100), a master device (200) and a slave device (300). The lockout device (100) and master device (200) are configured in mutual relationship for duplex communication, so that the lockout device (100) can unlock upon a request received from the master device (200), contingent upon an authentication protocol between the master device (200) and the lockout device (100). The master device (200) and the slave device (300) are configured in mutual relationship for duplex communication, such that the master device (200) receives a ‘clear’ request from the slave device (300), which is accepted by the master device (200) contingent upon an authentication protocol between the master device (200) and the slave device (300).

  • Publication number: 20160034980
Abstract: Method and system for evaluating the condition of client equipment and accurately assess the price and extend of repairs. The method includes extracting necessary information from a client device and subsequently evaluating the information automatically. Further, the method includes categorizing the client device based on the extracted information. Furthermore, the method includes evaluating the price of the client device buy back condition based on the categorization. Moreover, the method includes assessing current condition of the client device and predicting the best buy back price for the client device in response to the assessment.
