Abstract: An apparatus including a first and second closed loop, and a first strap connected to the first closed loop and the second closed loop, between the first closed loop and the second closed loop. Each of the first closed loop, the second closed loop, and the first strap may be made of a substantially inelastic material, such as a resilient cloth material. The first strap may have a first end which is connected to the first closed loop and the second closed loop; and the first strap may have a second end, which is opposite the first end, and which is connected to a third closed loop. The first strap may be connected to a bed, a first and second foot of a person can be inserted into the first and second closed loop, respectively; and exercises can be performed while on the bed.
