Abstract: A method of secure access through a wireless connection is provided. The method includes detecting availability of an access control wirelessly by a mobile device. A predicted intent is determined of a user of the mobile device to have the access control open a lock. The method determines whether a relay attack is detected. Based on detection of the relay attack, a prompt to confirm an intent of the user of the mobile device to have the access control open a lock is determined. Based on non-detection of the relay attack, a lock actuator is activated through the access control to open the lock responsive to a credential based on affirmatively confirming the intent or the predicted intent.

Abstract: Aspects of the invention are directed towards methods and systems for managing access of an application. One or more embodiments of the invention describe receiving an indication from a user to access an application. One or more embodiments of the invention further describe determining whether a user device is in an offline mode and if the user device is in the offline mode, prompting the user to input user credentials. Furthermore, the embodiments of the invention also describe receiving the user credentials from the user and validating the user credentials of the user with pre-stored user credentials. Accordingly, access of the application to the user is controlled based on said validation.

Abstract: Aspects of the invention are directed towards an apparatus and a method for providing seamless access of a premises to a user based on an angle of arrival. One or more embodiments of the invention describe receiving advertisements from accessing devices on a user terminal and filtering of the advertisements from the accessing devices based on the angle of arrival. An accessing device which is intended for access is determined when the user terminal is directed towards the accessing device based on the filtering. The method also comprises sending an access command to the accessing device based on the determination.

Abstract: A method of routing communication between nodes of at least one network including a mesh network is provided. The method includes each node of the mesh network advertising a hop distance relative to a head node of the mesh network. The hop distance is a measure of how many hops the node is from the head node, the head node having a hop distance of zero. Respective subscriber nodes of at least one subscriber node of the mesh network each transmit via an upstream route to the head node a request to subscribe to a topic of a plurality of possible topics, the upstream route being determined based on the hop distance advertised by first routing nodes included in the upstream route.
