The first and second connecting members are coupled to the front portion by hinges. The first arm is rotatable, relative to the first connecting member, about a first pivot axis, and the second arm is rotatable, relative to the second connecting member, about a second pivot axis. The first pivot axis and second pivot axis are parallel to each other and positioned at an angle relative to lengths of the first and second arms, respectively. The first and second connecting members are rotatable, relative to the front portion, about a third pivot axis, which is positioned at an angle relative to the first pivot axis and the second pivot axis.
