Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for bony fusion are disclosed. A threaded cannulated implant may be inserted into a target space, such as in the sacroiliac joint. The implant may have a distal section, a proximal section, and a central section between the distal section and the proximal section. The distal section may comprise cutting threads and flutes for self-drilling the implant into bone. The proximal section may be configured to couple to an insertion instrument for the implant. The central section may have a lattice structure through which bone graft may flow to promote bone ingrowth. A solid core region may be located inwards from the lattice structure. The central section may also have openings through the core region to connect the lattice structure to the cannula.

Abstract: A disposable insertion instrument for inserting an implant includes a handle assembly, a drive assembly, and a plunger assembly. The drive assembly comprises an inner shaft and a spring received within an outer sleeve. A locking pin and drive lobes on the inner shaft cooperate to reversibly lock the drive assembly in a retracted position. A medical implant may be attached to the instrument via an adapter located at a distal end of the drive assembly. Following use for insertion of the medical implant into a patient, the disposable insertion instrument may be discarded.

The compressible cervical plate includes a spring retaining member extending from at least one plate segment and a spring retaining member recess disposed at another plate segment, the spring retaining member recess receiving the spring retaining member. A spring disposed at the spring retaining member and providing active compression between the plurality of plate segments.

Abstract: Systems, devices, and methods for stabilization of bones and/or joints are disclosed. A medical implant may be inserted into a treatment site, such as an interspinous process space. The implant may have an outer body, an inner body coupled to the outer body, distal wings coupled to the inner body, proximal wings coupled to the outer body, and a threaded screw coupled to the inner body and outer body. The threaded screw may be configured to couple to a driver head of an insertion tool and the outer body may be configured to couple to an attachment member of an insertion tool. Actuating the insertion tool may actuate the threaded screw to thereby transition the proximal wings and the distal wings from a closed configuration to a deployed configuration, and from a deployed configuration to a clamped configuration.

Abstract: A system and method for providing a spinal implant having a main body, a proximal anchor, a distal anchor, and an internal plunger. The proximal anchor comprises a nut having an internal bore. The distal anchor comprises a plurality of wings having a first closed configuration and a second open configuration. The internal plunger is housed within a central bore of the main body. The distal end of the internal plunger is operatively connected to the first wing and the second wing to selectively move the wings between the first closed configuration and the second open configuration, and vice versa.

Abstract: Systems, methods, and devices for sacroiliac (SI) joint fusion are described. At least one posterior SI implant and at least one lateral SI implant may be implanted. The posterior SI implant may be placed in the intra-articular region, and the lateral SI implant may transfix the SI joint such that the lateral SI implant passes through the ilium, across the SI joint, and into the sacrum. The lateral SI implant may compress the SI joint. The lateral SI implant may be inserted through a window in the posterior SI implant to interlock the two implants.
