  • Publication number: 20230143079
Abstract: Analytical methods and systems applied to sequential event data are disclosed. An exemplary system and method analyzes datasets containing events in a plurality of journeys. The methods and systems described analyze and quantify the relative importance of events and sequences leading to outcomes where the data is complex and interconnected. In some embodiments, a graphical user interface illustrates the quantification of these datasets. In some embodiments, the graphical user interface maps the journey paths to show the relative importance of each journey path. In some embodiments, the maps of journey paths are interactive, allowing selection of paths of interest for detailed analysis. In some embodiments, the methods and systems calculate paths similar to a journey path of interest. An exemplary method and system also provides detailed recommendations for changing events within a sequence to either increase or decrease the likelihood of achieving a selected outcome.

  • Publication number: 20220027919
Abstract: A device may receive, from a server device, a real-time notification indicating that a field of a user account is being modified. The field may include personal information of a user associated with the user account and/or information identifying authorized users of the user account. The device may receive, from a user device, a request associated with a high-risk transaction involving the user account. The device may determine a risk score indicating a likelihood of the high-risk transaction being performed by an unauthorized user. The device may selectively identify an authentication procedure, of a group of authentication procedures, based on the risk score. The device may provide authentication instructions for the authentication procedure to the user device to allow the user device to perform the authentication procedure.

  • Patent number: 11170382
Abstract: Analytical methods and systems applied to a plurality of input files to understand and explain crucial factors leading to customers jumping, or hopping, from one channel to another channel. The methods and systems described may include receiving a first file associated with a first channel dataset and receiving a second file associated with a second channel dataset. The methods and systems described may include merging the two datasets based on key fields found within the metadata of the two files. In some embodiments, additional statistical metrics and measures may be applied to the merged dataset to both rank the merged events and to display the characteristics of each event within the entire merged dataset.

  • Publication number: 20200074431
Abstract: Various embodiments of methods and systems for saving coins and applying the coin value toward the purchase of selected products are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, the methods and systems described herein can be utilized by parents, grandparents, etc. to encourage and facilitate saving by children. For example, in some embodiments a mobile application is provided that enables a child to select a product to purchase as a “reward” for achieving a savings goal. The mobile application can also enable the child (and/or the child's parent) to set the savings goal, and track the child's progress in reaching the goal as saved coins are periodically exchanged at one or more coin counting kiosks. Other embodiments of the disclosed technology enable the parent and/or child to receive a notification when the child reaches the savings goal, and apply the saved funds toward the purchase of the selected reward.

  • Patent number: 9087413
Abstract: A system, including apparatuses, software and methods, is disclosed for capturing and delivering images as to which various interactive functions are enabled for a user. The images introduced to the system can come from any one of a variety of sources, including from a digital camera. A graphical user interface permits a user to customize a set of interactive functions to be enabled for a given set of images. The interactively enabled images can be delivered via a webpage to a user, for example, via email, the Internet or downloaded from a disk or from disk drive on a computer on which the webpage is stored. Each image is delivered to a user in its own layer of software, which permits complex sets of images of relatively high resolution to be delivered to users without any appreciable delay associated with the delivery or the need for the user to have additional software, such as a plug-in to receive images and enable interactive functions with respect to the images.
