A flow device has an inlet coupled to the reservoir and causes the liquid to flow from an outlet of the flow device. An aeration device is connected to the output of the flow device for gasifying the liquid to form an edible foam, preferably a candy foam. A method for dispensing a candy foam is also disclosed.
