Abstract: Low-profile bifurcated bilateral endotracheal-endobronchial tube devices and methods for using the devices are provided for airway management in patients with special anatomical or medical issues or for certain complex procedures. Specific endobronchial ventilation, as opposed to endotracheal ventilation, can better facilitate a tracheal repair by protecting the trachea and simultaneously providing an airtight conduit to the bronchi, for example.
