Abstract: An eligibility module may receive batch credit bureau data and real time transaction data. The eligibility module may rank and score consumer based on the credit bureau data and the transaction data. A marketing campaign may he created to target consumers with a new product. The eligibility module may provide a list of consumers eligible for the new product. A real time eligibility check may be performed prior to transmitting an offer for the new product to a consumer. The real time eligibility check may be performed without requesting current credit bureau data. The consumer may access the offer, and an additional real time eligibility check may be performed prior to presenting the offer to the consumer.
