  • Patent number: 12086806
Abstract: A method for authenticating an individual for login to a server computer includes receiving at the server computer data for a first authentication image from an electronic computing device. First attributes are identified of one or more similar geometrical shapes from the data for the first authentication image. A determination is made as to whether the first attributes of the one or more similar geometrical shapes from the data for the first authentication image correspond to second attributes from a second authentication image accessible on or by the server computer. When the first attributes correspond to the second attributes, the individual is authenticated on the server computer.

  • Patent number: 12013875
Abstract: A context object is created when a write operation is initiated. The client application or user performs a write operation to a table and receives a context object which has information on all the tablets that are impacted by writes by the client application. The context object may contain a list describing what key ranges the client application has updated. As such, only that small portion of what has been touched needs to be looked for and this typically only includes a small subset of tablets compared to all the tablets associated with that table. This leads to a small verification cost when checking only impacted tablets in the cluster. The only portion of the table in the database that needs to be verified is the one or more portions that were updated and nothing else.

  • Publication number: 20170344107
Abstract: A mechanism is described for facilitating automatic view adjustment for computing devices based on interpupillary distance associated with users according to one embodiment. A method of embodiments, as described herein, includes facilitating sensors to detect a user within proximity of the apparatus such that eyes of the user face lenses of a computing device, and measuring a first distance between a first sensor and a second sensor of the sensors. The method further include measuring a second distance between a first pupil of a first eye of the eyes and a second pupil of a second eye of the eyes of the user, and adjusting a first lens or a second lens of the lenses to match the second distance with the first distance.
