    Abstract: Many seats are of complicated construction and are therefore heavy and expensive. To obviate these disadvantages, a self-springable seat member on which a cushion is placed, is mounted in its front region on a bridge which is mounted on the outside on the upper parts of the running or sliding rails. Connections for a backrest are secured to the rear regions of the upper parts.
