Abstract: Horizontal axis wind turbine with rotor of radial reticular trusses of square metal hollow bars, in lattice, welded and braced, with aerodynamic blades at its ends and a power regulator spring and wind thrusts. Cable-stayed pillar, placed on a base platform, which rotates by a cylinder inside another embedded in the holder, as a thermal accumulator and support, ground-steady or as a floating system. Transmission belt of rotor torque, sling type, between perimeter knots of the rotor and pulleys of receiving devices, on a base platform for direct use or production of water vapor heated by the multi-disc friction converters in a closed circuit with an accumulator and distribution of thermal energy, with networks of steam water pipes under pressure or their transformation into mechanical endothermic turbines, according to needs. All models are similar and the needed materials are conventional.
