Abstract: A computer program product provides for the operations of a dynamic income optimization system that interfaces with both service provider computing devices and customer computing devices. The operations may comprise receiving an allotment of services available at a discount from a plurality of service providers. The operations may further comprise receiving a query identifying a targeted parameter describing a targeted service from a customer computing device. The operations provide a graphical user interface for displaying information about service providers matching the query, such information including discounts provided in an allotment of services. The operation may further include receiving input from the customer computing device selecting a service provider and initiating a transaction such as purchasing a voucher or funding a prepaid account.
